STRESS - a red flag towards living dead.

Stress is one thing that causes tons of consequences which in turn cause more stress to generate. This is the only thing that when you think about causes more stress. Stress directly affects your personal relationships, memory power, reduces your efficiency at work, diminishes sleeping patterns, etc. I personally have a lot of stress because of which i am unable to sleep at night, constantly keep thinking about my future without realizing that thinking about it only is causing a harm to my future. Many talk about stress but I am here to solve your problems to some extent with my posts.

1. Simple is your way. Take a shower with your preferred temperature of water. Trust me this will work. While taking a shower think about your previous achievements and remember to not think about the stressful situation.
2. When your stressed just take a break from the stress producing event and do what makes you happy like dancing, singing, doing art, etc. 3. Call a dear friend of yours preferably a close childhood friend with whom you can replenish your funny yet joyous memories with. 4. Give yourself a day to regain your productiveness provided you make yourself busy in the hobbies you like. 5. It is also advisable by many experts and I have also read it in a book called 'the 5 am club' by Robin Sharma to try to wake up at 5 am and follow the 3 step success formula- with better daily awareness you can make better daily choices, and with better daily choices you'll start seeing better results.
Stress has a lot of consequences. We will not even realize when stress will take us down and detoriate our health conditions leading to many more disorders and diseases. So it's important for us to stay calm, positive and patient during times of stress. Lastly, keep in mind that don't stress the could haves, if it should have, it would have.
